A Stronger Idea Design ("ASID", "we", "our") operates astrongeridea.design. This policy explains what information the site collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Work carried out for clients is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement.
Information you give us
You may choose to send us information directly, for example when you use the contact form, book a call, or email us. This typically includes your name, your email address, your company, and whatever you choose to write in your message.
We use this information to reply to you, to discuss possible work, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
This website is hosted by Webflow. Like most hosting providers, Webflow records standard server information when a page is requested, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which pages people read, and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Both Webflow and Google process this data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses cookies set by Webflow for basic site function and by Google Analytics for the measurement described above.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from reading the site.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with the service providers that operate this site on our behalf, currently Webflow for hosting and Google for analytics, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the working relationship and any legal or accounting obligations that follow it. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention period configured in Google Analytics. If you would like your correspondence deleted, write to us and we will do it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how it is used. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California have these rights under their respective laws.
To exercise any of them, email us at hello@astrongeridea.design. We will respond within the time your local law requires, and in any case as promptly as we can.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we rely on the security measures of the providers named above. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your own country.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new last-updated date. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
