A Stronger Idea is the vision and passion of R. Eric Tomlinson, a seasoned design leader with over 25 years of experience in digital design and product strategy. As Founder and Design Director, Eric drives the creative direction and strategic vision—while staying hands-on with design. With a network of trusted, top-tier collaborators, he builds the right team for every challenge, delivering user-centered, business-driven solutions.
After years contributing to agencies, startups, and enterprise tech, Eric launched A Stronger Idea in 2021 to offer a smarter, more collaborative approach to design solutions. He lives and operates in Austin, Texas.
